Mark started his career handling hurricane claims for a national insurance company, traveling state to state after major storms. For 18 years he saw firsthand how the claims process worked from the carrier’s perspective. Over time, a pattern was hard to ignore: too many policyholders were being underpaid, delayed, or denied — even when they had paid their premiums and done everything right.
Mark changed his license over to become a public insurance adjuster with a simple mission: use that insider knowledge to fight for the people writing the premium checks, not the companies cashing them.
